HISTORY:

Black Peak Construction is owned and operated by Eric Wyancko. The company initially got its start in 2005 under the name Jet Urban Development building multi-family projects in Denver, CO. In 2007, we added managing commercial real estate in Lodo to our list of services before evolving into a comprehensive general contracting service in 2009. Today we are a full service general contractor specializing in retail, restaurant, office, and medical/dental projects. 

Prior to founding Black Peak and Jet Urban Development, Eric Wyancko worked as a project manager for a large national general contractor where he managed multi-million dollar casino, hotel, and restaurant projects for a top 10 national contractor. 

Today Black Peak Construction and its extensive network of construction professionals and subcontractors work together to deliver premium service at an affordable price.
